Re: Error Message

Hi David, thanks for the note,

Please note, this is not an error message, this in an information page requesting you amend your e-Cert company login details in the 'my Profile' area of e-Cert World.

The reason you have received this is because your company ID login details currently set against your profile do not match the correct details, therefore it will not log you in.

Please either set the correct details against your account or send your e-Cert world username and your e-Cert company ID to support@e-cert.org.uk and we'll set these details for you.

Kind Regards

Re: Error Message

I have checked the details and they are correct. I have not changed them from the time I registered. So if they are wrong...why would that be?

Anyway, I have emailed you all the details I have regarding these matters.
